Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee snagging operations at a local educational institution, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet high standards of quality and safety. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage site activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, playing a key role in delivering the project on time and within budget.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- CSCS card – Black Managers
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in educational projects.
- Strong knowledge of snagging processes and quality control.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
