A leading global property consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their established UK team. The 'Project Manager's' role
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client interface throughout. The Project Manager will oversee programme, cost, procurement and risk, ensuring schemes are delivered on time and to the highest professional standards.
Working across student accommodation, residential, healthcare and higher education projects, the Project Manager will administer and manage JCT contracts, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic advice to clients. Strong client-facing ability is essential, as the Project Manager will regularly lead meetings and provide clear, confident reporting.
This Project Manager role requires flexibility to manage multiple schemes and adapt to varying client demands, while maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
The 'Project Manager'
The ideal Project Manager will have experience within the living sector, particularly student accommodation and residential projects. Exposure to healthcare or higher education schemes would be advantageous.
The Project Manager must be Chartered (MRICS/MCIOB or equivalent) or demonstrably working towards chartership. A strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential.
The successful Project Manager will be commercially aware, highly organised and confident in dealing directly with clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across projects are key requirements.
