Are you a Graduate or Assistant-level Building Surveyor looking to accelerate your career within a young, ambitious consultancy that’s making serious waves in the market?

This is a rare opportunity to join a newly founded SME (est. 2024) that has already achieved a £3m+ turnover in just its second year of operation. Built by three highly experienced Directors from a well-known consultancy, the business is growing fast and deliberately and they’re now looking to appoint two Graduate–Assistant level Surveyors as part of their next phase of expansion.

About the role

As a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor, you’ll work closely with senior team members and Directors across a varied and high-quality workload, supporting both Building Surveying and Project Management instructions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle while developing strong technical and professional foundations on a range of projects within the commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist on a broad range of building surveying and project management instructions

* Support delivery of inspections, reports and contract administration duties

* Work directly with senior surveyors and Directors on live projects

* Develop client-facing skills through exposure to key stakeholders

* Progress toward chartership with structured APC guidance and mentoring

Clients & Project Exposure

You’ll be working on instructions for a high-calibre client base, including:

* Aviva

* SEGRO

* DTZ investors

About you

As the successful Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor:

* RICS-accredited degree

* Ambitious, driven, and keen to take on responsibility early

* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in career progression

* Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consultancy environment
