Junior Engineer

We are currently seeking a junior engineer for a major highways project based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer looking to secure long-term work on a significant highways development.

The successful junior engineer will join an established site team delivering key highways packages including earthworks, drainage, and structures. This junior engineer position will involve setting out, QA documentation, site reporting, and supporting senior engineers across multiple highways work fronts.

To be considered, the junior engineer must have previous experience working on highways projects, be confident with setting out equipment, and hold a valid CSCS card. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced highways environment are essential.

This junior engineer role offers £150 – £200 per shift, dependent on experience, with 18 months of continuous work available on this long-term highways scheme in Norwich.
