Quantity Surveyor – Pembrokeshire

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Pembrokeshire, Wales (hybrid role with a car provided)

Turner Lovell are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. This role will see you becoming a part of the well-established Commercial team that supports the Electricity transmission and Renewables team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contracts, sub‑contractor accounts, and project finances.
Ensure compliance and support risk mitigation.
Track costs and value additional works.
Produce weekly cost/value reports.
Analyse tenders and support operational teams.
Collate information for monthly cost/value reconciliations and contract reviews
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Strong working knowledge and proven experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
Experience in a similar position, ideally within the electricity industry.
Background in civil engineering or electrical engineering.
Travel as required; full UK driving licence needed.
Experience using Oracle
