Associate Project Manager

I am working with a supportive building consultancy with an office in Central London, who are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager with strong experience of delivering the full lifecycle of projects within the commercial office sector.

The Associate Project Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary consultancy who have a healthy pipeline of projects in the commercial office sector.

The Associate Project Manager role:

The Associate Project Manager will be expected to lead a multidisciplinary team along with driving forward the delivery of projects which include new build commercial offices, refurbishment, cut and carve and cat a/b fit outs of existing office spaces with contract values up to £30m.

The Associate Project Manager will be joining an established team that have built an exceptional reputation for delivering outstanding projects in the workplace sector.

The Associate Project Manager will be delivering projects which are located in London and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as Contractors and Sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and major Stakeholders
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Facilitating meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsAssociate Project Manager requirements:

Experience working in a UK construction consultancy
Project delivery experience in the commercial office sector
Pre and Post Contract stage experience
MRICS qualified or working towards it
BSc/MSc in Construction Project Management
Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:

£60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package
