Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Liverpool, England (hybrid role with a car provided)

Turner Lovell are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an £1billion + turnover EPC Contractor in the electricity and renewable energy sector. On this role you will be supporting a well-established Commercial Team working on the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Contribute to the project team by helping deliver reliable, safe and sustainable EV charging projects.
Work alongside construction managers, designers, planners, schedulers, and electricians to coordinate survey activity and the design and installation phases.
Use your commercial expertise to help ensure adherence to internal commercial policies, processes, and governance requirements.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through consistent communication, clear understanding of expectations, and proactive management of issues or escalations.
Assist in maintaining the systems and workflows needed to support a steady, commercially sound programme of work aligned with agreed SLAs.
Partner closely with internal departments and subcontractors – including SHEQ and Operations – to ensure customer requirements are effectively delivered.
Apply experience in Civils/Utilities Infrastructure and NEC contracts to support effective commercial and project oversight.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Evident previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
Background in civil engineering or utilities infrastructure.
Understanding of financial or enterprise systems such as Oracle.
Experience overseeing and managing subcontractors.
Practical knowledge of NEC 3 & NEC 4 contract forms.
Strong organisational abilities with confident decision‑making skills.
Awareness of CDM Regulations and solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices.
