Pay Rate: £475 per day (Umbrella PAYE)
Contract Type: Inside IR35

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients on their Water projects, straddling between the Bracknell and Oxford areas.

The Opportunity:
This role will support four projects located across the Bracknell to Oxford corridor. The schemes are currently in the design phase and operating under relatively small-value cost-plus contracts.

As the build contracts (Target Cost) are awarded, the successful candidate will retain responsibility for between one and three projects, depending on value. The intention is to ensure continuity of commercial management from design stage through to final account.
This position would suit a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing multiple schemes and taking ownership across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management from design through to final account
Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
Management of cost-plus and target cost contracts
Risk and opportunity management
Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
Change control and compensation event management
Collaboration with project and delivery teamsAbout You:

Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
Strong understanding of cost-plus and target cost contracts
Infrastructure or utilities experience preferred (water sector desirable)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
