M&E Manager

The Role: Mechanical & Electrical Site Manager
The Location: Leeds
Employment: Contract

We are looking for an experienced M&E Site Manager to work on a initial 4 month contract that could be extended a further 18 months for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Support Project Manager on all M&E factors of the project
* Management of Health and Safety onsite
* Management of sub-contractors
* Read and implement drawings
* Prepare Health and Safety Documents
* Management of labour and engineers on site
* Delivery co-ordination of materials
* Produce weekly site reports and completion of paperwork consistent with agreed systems and processes
* Attend site meetings
* Reporting schedules on projects

Experience
* M&E Site Manager Experience
* Experience on new build projects
* Experience on managing mechanical and electrical sub-contractors
* Experience on projects over £10m
