PROJECT MANAGER – £50M RESIDENTIAL SCHEME, EAST LONDON

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £50m residential development in East London. You will be responsible for driving the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, programme, and budget targets are achieved. This is a high-profile scheme with strong visibility across the business, offering long-term career progression for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day project delivery from early design through completion

• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Oversee programme, budget control, risk management, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company procedures

• Drive quality assurance throughout construction and finishing stages

• Build strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and project partners

• Provide clear leadership to site teams and promote a collaborative working culture

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or schemes £30m+

• Strong understanding of construction processes, design management, and procurement

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to manage complex programmes and solve problems proactively

• Strong financial awareness and experience working within tight cost controls

• Relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar advantageous)
