A bit about the role….
  
Based in Exeter, the Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost management throughout each phase of construction projects, preparing bills of quantities, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency

Reporting into the Commercial Lead, you'll be responsible for projects ranging in value, mostly under a JCT Contract, from take off through to Final Account 
  
What do we need?

Ideally 5 years working for a Principal Contractor 
BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying 
Professional certification such as MRICS (preferred, not essential)
