SITE MANAGER NEEDED IN EDMONTON***

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery and installation of a 20 bay modular project on a Hospital.

This role will involve managing the full installation process from delivery and crane lifts through to fit out completion, coordinating both directly employed teams and subcontractors on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day site operations
• Overseeing modular delivery and installation sequencing
• Coordinating crane lifts and logistics
• Managing subcontractors and directly employed personnel
• Maintaining programme and site safety standards
• Site reporting and communication with project stakeholders

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial or modular projects
• Strong coordination and logistics mindset
• Experience managing mixed site teams
• Confidence running live sites and maintaining programme flow
• Excellent health and safety awareness

Location: Edmonton – N18

Start Date: 06/04/26

Pay Rate: £280 per day & Time and a half Saturday’s

Duration: x14 weeks Mon to Fri, some Saturday’s

Tickets / Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS (Manager level)
• Temporary Works awareness beneficial
• Experience managing lift operations advantageous

A practical, organised Site Manager who is confident coordinating deliveries, subcontractors and programme sequencing within a fast-paced installation environment.
