Site Manager Required – Lodging – Leisure – Permanent Employment

I am looking to recruit a Site Manager to work on a Leisure Centre Refurbishment in Clitheroe for 24 weeks to then move onto a New Build Leisure Centre (Flagship project) in Cambridgeshire.

The Company

I am working with a £300M Turnover Contractor who in 2025 have created a new Leisure Division (based in Leeds) overseeing Leisure Projects (Football Training Grounds, Gyms & Leisure Centres) valued between £1M – £30M.
Job Details:

* Anticipated start date : 16 March 2026

* Site location: Clitheroe

Project description: The refurbishment of an existing leisure centre. Works include renewal of the mechanical and electrical equipment, replacement of pool filtration, Roof replacement, the lining of the existing pool with some structural works, light refurbishment of changing areas and reception. Duration 24 weeks.

Note: It is anticipated that this person upon completion would be moved on to a Leisure Cente project near Cambridge so would need to be will to travel.
