Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Oxford
Project: Main Contractor Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Oxford, working for a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site

Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard

Managing snagging lists and quality control

Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met at all times

Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management

Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Manager for Main Contractors

Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates

Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple trades

Excellent communication and organisational skills
