Bim Manager
BIM Manager – Contract – Hybrid – Multiple UK Locations
Ceto Talent are recruiting for two experienced BIM Manager professionals to support a major government estate transformation programme. These BIM Manager contracts form part of a growing Asset Information Management function focused on strengthening digital capability and creating a robust golden thread of asset information across a complex property portfolio.
One BIM Manager contract runs until March 2027 and the other until December 2026. This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 60% office attendance, with flexibility across several UK city locations (Manchester preferred).
Essential Requirements
Proven experience developing and implementing BIM strategy aligned with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
Significant experience managing Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and structured digital handover processes.
Extensive experience delivering BIM assurance and quality control, including audits, model reviews and compliance validation.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong working knowledge of Navisworks.
Experience delivering structured outputs including IFC and COBie for asset and facilities management integration.
Proven experience integrating BIM with CAFM or IWMS platforms.
Substantial experience supporting and managing Common Data Environment (CDE) environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement capability and proven leadership experience mentoring BIM professionals.
Responsibilities
The BIM Manager will implement structured assurance processes to validate project data for asset management use. You will manage BIM strategy and compliance, oversee asset information standards, conduct audits across project portfolios and ensure secure, collaborative use of digital environments.
The BIM Manager will also support integration between BIM and operational systems, promote digital best practice across internal teams and supply chain partners, and contribute to continuous improvement and digital innovation.
