Delivery Manager
As Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Project Digital Strategy and ensuring that BIM and digital processes are fully embedded across the project lifecycle. You'll lead on the development of BIM standards, manage information governance, drive 3D/4D/5D/6D digital adoption, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑quality digital outcomes.

Description
BIM & Information Management
Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and associated documentation.
Ensure compliance with client Exchange Information Requirements.
Lead supply chain BIM capability assessments and support procurement.
Establish and manage the Information Risk Register and BIM / Information Calendar.
Coordinate and validate 3D models and associated data.
Maintain MIDP and TIDPs, ensuring timely digital deliverables.
Perform Information Manager duties across the client framework.
Digital Strategy & Delivery
Lead the development of digital processes, tools, and culture across the project.
Drive implementation of Digital Execution Plans and progressive assurance techniques.
Promote the use of mobile technology and digital site management.
Support integration of 4D planning, 5D cost modelling, and 6D asset information (COBie).
Enable creation of high‑quality as‑built models for handover.
Track and report digital progress, value creation, and continuous improvement outcomes.
Produce digital innovation case studies and support monthly project reviews.
Profile
Experience & Qualifications
Degree-qualified (BSc/MSc/BEng/MEng) with 7-10 years' relevant project experience.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and wider industry standards.
Proven experience developing and delivering BIM Execution Plans.
Skilled in key digital authoring and analysis tools: Revit, Solibri, Navisworks, and ideally Synchro (4D).
Experience with quantity take‑off (5D), COBie deliverables (6D), and digital risk management.
Experience working collaboratively in contractor or consultant environments.
Ability to train, mentor, and influence digital practitioners across all levels.
Valid CSCS card and ability to meet project security clearance requirements.
Job Offer
