Senior Project Manager

A boutique consultancy in Central London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value commercial developments. This Senior Project Manager role will see the Senior Project Manager operating as lead construction project manager across prestigious office schemes.

The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for procurement, stakeholder engagement, contract administration and overall project performance.

Lead complex commercial schemes

Oversee risk, cost and programme management

Manage NEC and JCT contracts

Mentor junior team members

Maintain key client relationships

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Senior Project Manager'

Degree qualified

MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred

Strong consultancy background delivering commercial projects

Proven leadership capability

Excellent contract knowledge
