Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding Project and Cost Management consultancy in London is seeking an Assistant QS / Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working closely with clients on fast-paced projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working in London and attending site when required, the new Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Project Management team in delivering an array of retail, leisure, and hospitality projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will mainly be involved in carrying out pre contract tasks such as estimating, cost planning, supporting with tenders, and preparing commercial reports.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or in the latter stages of a QS apprenticeship
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Pre contract experience
CostX experience would be useful

£40,000 – £50,000
