Office Fit‑Out Site Manager (CAT A/B) London

A leading London design & build practice is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high‑quality CAT A and CAT B office fit‑out projects across the capital. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can confidently lead projects from pre‑construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end delivery of CAT A/B commercial fit‑out projects (typically £500k-£3m).

Coordinate design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure programme, quality, and cost targets are met.

Lead client communication, progress reporting, and stakeholder management.

Oversee health & safety compliance and site documentation.

Support tendering, budgeting, and value‑engineering activities.

About You

Proven experience delivering office fit‑outs in London.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and commercial interiors.

Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.

Able to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high standards under pressure.

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid desirable.
