Associate Quantity Surveyor

A London leading Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor with healthcare or education project experience.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

Working across public and private sector projects within the healthcare and education sector, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will help deliver projects valuing up to £200m.

As well as supporting with project delivery, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also play a client facing role and manage a small QS team – providing technical guidance, APC support, and general mentoring.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS
Experience of managing projects within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Comfortable leading a junior team
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Cient facing
Healthcare and/or education project experienceIn Return?
