Site Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to oversee a high-quality house extension and refurbishment project in NW1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site activities
*
Coordinating subcontractors, particularly joinery trades
*
Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
*
Managing health & safety on site (RAMS, inductions, compliance)
*
Liaising with clients, architects, and project team
*
Monitoring quality control and finishing standards
*
Ordering materials and managing deliveries
*
Reporting progress to senior management
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential extension/refurb projects
*
Strong joinery background (essential)
*
SMSTS (required)
*
First Aid at Work (preferred)
*
CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to manage high-end finishes and attention to detail
Duration
18-week contract (with potential for further opportunities depending on performance)
