• Able to work full-time office-basedThis suits someone who wants stability, structure and long-term framework work rather than chasing one-off developments.
The Company
Established contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance and planned works across social housing frameworks in London and the South East.
They operate within long-term housing partnerships, delivering consistent workstreams rather than one-off speculative projects.
Commercially, they are structured and stable — currently operating with a Senior QS and Project QS on this contract — and now looking to strengthen the team with an additional QS.
This is a steady framework environment with repeat client exposure and clear processes in place.
