We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned international construction group to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major commercial fit-out project in Oxford.

Our client is a market leader in high-quality interior fit-out and specialist building solutions, delivering complex projects across commercial offices, healthcare, education, aviation and infrastructure sectors. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects
Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
Driving programme performance and sequencing trades effectively
Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance
Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction
Liaising with project managers, design teams and senior stakeholders The Candidate We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware Site Manager with:

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of interior systems (ceilings, partitions, floors, specialist finishes etc.)
Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
A track record of delivering projects in live or high-spec environments
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential) Experience working on technically complex or high-value schemes would be advantageous.
