TS Recruitment are actively working with a Cladding Contractor who are looking to recruit a Quality Manager to the site team.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Oversee quality control for cladding work on a construction site
Using an iPad carry out site walks
Taking photos of work and uploading / evidence work
Make notes on the system regarding any snagging
Reporting into a Project Manager regularly update on site progress.

Cladding contractor working on a large residential project
Work for leading contractors
Knowledge/Experience:

A strong technical knowledge of construction / cladding
CSCS essential,
SMSTS / SSTS preferred but not essential
Preferably a trade before moving ntop supervision
Good IT skills
A stable career
