An established and growing business within the window and door industry is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and lead its installation teams across the Rotherham region.

This is a senior operational role responsible for ensuring high-quality installations, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer satisfaction across domestic projects including windows, doors, conservatories, and associated home improvement products.

The Role

As Installation Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, coordination, and compliance of the installation function.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and overseeing multiple installation teams across the region

*

Planning and coordinating installation schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time completion

*

Conducting site inspections to maintain quality control and installation standards

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

*

Resolving on-site technical issues and customer queries

*

Managing subcontract installers and employed fitting teams

*

Monitoring KPIs including completion times, snagging rates, and customer satisfaction

*

Working closely with sales, surveying, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong leader with extensive experience within the window and door industry.

You will have:

Proven experience managing installation teams within windows and doors

*

Strong technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium systems

*

Experience overseeing conservatory and roofline installations (desirable)

*

Excellent organisational and scheduling capability

*

Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

*

In-depth knowledge of health & safety compliance

*

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

*

Full UK driving licence
