This opportunity sits within an independent commercial consultancy delivering a mix of project and professional Building Surveying instructions, with clear succession planning in place.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver commercial building surveys and defect reports

* Act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager on projects up to £5m

* Advise on dilapidations and manage Party Wall matters

* Undertake Principal Designer and CDM duties

* Provide planned maintenance and advisory services across commercial assets

✅ Requirements

* RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree

* Chartered MRICS or close to qualification

* Private practice experience

* Commercial property exposure

* Ability to manage instructions independently

💰 Salary & Package

* £45,000–£55,000 basic salary

* 10% contractual bonus on over-target billing

* Discretionary end-of-year bonus
