Mechanical Project Engineer

We are looking for an exceptional and very technically strong Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer with experience of working on large size multi-unit residential and mixed use residential/commercial developments.

This is a long term contract position based in Central London, SE1. Our client is a specialist M&E Contractor. This role is with the established Mechanical arm of the business.

The position reports to the Contract Director. You will be responsible for overseeing Mechanical Building Services Engineering on the Project. We are looking for a practically minded and technically strong Engineer who can liaise effectively with the consultant, client and on site teams, and maintain a calm and pragmatic approach to ensure the technical success of Mechanical Building Services Installation. This is an Engineer not a Project Manager role although is a comparable level within the company structure. We are looking for a Technical, site-based Mechanical Engineer who knows their stuff and enjoys what they do.

Suitable qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering required. Solid, substantial experience of working on large sized residential construction schemes essential. Experience within the London Market essential with recognised Mechanical or M&E Contractors essential.
