With a strong project footprint west of London and along the M3/M4 corridors, they are expanding their technical team and seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to support a growing pipeline of high‑profile schemes.
This role offers the chance to work on technically challenging, design‑led projects from heritage refurbishments and commercial fit outs to large‑scale office‑to‑residential conversions. You’ll join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team where technical excellence and creative problem‑solving are at the heart of every project.
Key Responsibilities:

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet UK Building Regulations, fire safety standards, and NHBC warranty requirements.
* Collaborative Design: Work closely with interior designers and workplace consultants to deliver visually striking, commercially robust environments.
What we are looking for:
* Experience: 3–5+ years in commercial fit‑out or multi‑unit residential conversion.
* Software: Advanced AutoCAD proficiency essential; Revit/3D visualisation experience highly advantageous.
* Technical Strength: Strong understanding of building physics, CDM 2015, and the challenges of adapting existing commercial structures.
* Professionalism: Detail‑driven, organised, and confident managing multiple fast‑paced projects.
What Our Client Offers:
* Modern Workspace: A newly designed, collaborative office environment in Farnham.
* Supportive Culture: A close‑knit, people‑focused team with regular social events and a strong emphasis on well‑being.
* Career Development: Ongoing training, exposure to complex projects, and clear long‑term progression opportunities.
