The Opportunity This is a senior opportunity to join a leading architectural practice in its Manchester studio as an Associate Architect. You will play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare and education environments that enhance patient care, support clinical teams and inspire learning.
We would also welcome applications from these industries Public sector infrastructure, higher education estates, healthcare estates development, local authority capital projects and multidisciplinary construction consultancy.
This role would suit candidates working in these roles Senior Architect, Associate Architect, Healthcare Architect, Education Architect, Project Architect, Lead Architect, Architectural Team Leader, Senior Design Architect, Technical Architect, Architectural Project Lead.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Oversee and deliver healthcare and education projects across all RIBA stages, from early design through to handover.
Work closely with multidisciplinary consultants to develop practical, well-considered architectural solutions.
Provide leadership to junior architects and technologists while safeguarding design standards and client satisfaction.
Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects meet strategic, technical and operational requirements.
Contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice within the healthcare and education sectors.
You will have the following qualifications and experience
Proven track record delivering architectural projects within healthcare and or education environments.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate design concepts into buildable solutions.
Experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants.
Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships.
ARB registered Architect with solid post-qualification experience at senior level.
