Project Manager

A construction consultancy based in Central London are searching for a motivated Project Manager to join their team with a passion for delivering high end residential projects.

The Company that the Project Manager will join:

The Project Manager will be joining a boutique project management consultancy that are known for delivering exceptional schemes within the high-end residential sector.

The Project Manager will be joining a consultancy that is led by the director and includes 2x Associate Directors, 4x Senior Project Managers and 2x Project Managers.

The Project Manager role:

The Project Manager will bring a wealth of experience at carrying out pre and post contract duties across their schemes in the high-end residential sector. The Project Manager will be delivering projects that consist of new build development to high end refurbishment with values up to £130m.

The Projects are located in London and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
Arranging meetings with clients
Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements:

Experience working for a UK construction consultancy
High end residential sector experience
A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) or working towards
BSc/MSc Project Management
Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
Good awareness of pre and post contract stages
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:

£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holiday
