Electrical Supervisor – Gatwick

Location: Gatwick (Site‑based)
We're looking for 2 x Electrical Supervisors for works across live buildings at Gatwick as part of their long-term decarbonisation scheme. You’ll be working for one of the UK's leading renewable energy contractors & overseeing day‑to‑day electrical site activity.

The Opportunity

This role is fully site‑focused, managing electrical works within occupied buildings where safety, coordination and clear communication are essential.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure daily activities run safely and efficiently.

The Role

* Manage day‑to‑day electrical site works

* Supervise subcontractors and site labour

* Enforce health & safety standards

* Review and implement RAMS

* Coordinate works with other trades

* Monitor quality and progress on site

* Support testing, commissioning and handover

What We’re Looking For

* Electrical Supervisor experience

* Strong electrical trade background

* Comfortable working in live environments

* Understanding of site safety and sequencing

* Confident managing tradeas etc.

* SSSTS or ideally SMSTS

* Full UK driving licence
