We are partnered with a drylining and ceiling contractor who have been established for 15 years and they have a secured an annual turnover of £12M for 2026 and are set to grow to £15M next year due simply to an increase in project value.

Working with tier one main contractors such a Overbury, BW and Structuretone, they operate in fast track commercial fit out, focusing on drylining and ceilings. They are a family run business, with a low turnover of staff. The role for Senior Estimator is due to a significant increase in tender values and volume from existing clients.

Being a family run company, they have an open door policy and team spirited atmosphere. Trust is at the core of everything they do, and once you are in, you will be very well looked after. It is not uncommon for them give you Christmas as additional holiday on top of their 25 days, plus unexpected bonuses when you have done a good for the company. You will never have to fight to be recognised.

The family ethos of trust and relationships is the lifeblood of their company, so you will be required to work from their office four days a week and one day from home.

This is a genuine opportunity for a drylining Estimator to join a growing business, develop in your role and reap the rewards of their projected growth. There is no rigid structure with bonuses, they will look after you if you win them work. They are not an aggressive company and they are searching for someone who works with integrity and strong morals.

Drylining Estimators must be able to use OST for the measure, pricing projects from first principals, using your analytical estimating skills on excel.

You will have a sound knowledge of drylining and ceiling fit out and be able to price projects on a standalone basis up to £6M.
