Contract Supervisor

Contract Supervisor – Yorkshire & Lincolnshire

We're looking for an experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day works across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You'll manage contractors on site, ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard, and keep projects running smoothly.

What you'll need

SMSTS qualification

First Aid certification

Strong trade background (joinery, electrical, plumbing, or similar)

Experience supervising contractors and checking quality

Ability to travel across multiple sites

What you'll do

Supervise contractors and ensure safe working practices

Check quality, progress, and compliance with specifications

Solve on‑site issues and keep work on schedule

Maintain clear communication with clients and the wider team

Keep records and site documentation up to date
