Looking for your next step in MEP Quantity Surveying? This is a hands-on project-level role where you'll take real ownership of building services packages on commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across London.

You'll be running your own MEP cost packages, preparing valuations, supporting procurement, and working closely with contractors and design teams – all while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting procurement and tender evaluation for MEP works

Liaising with contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
