Freelance Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work with our client on an apartment build scheme in Manchester City Centre!

Start date- ASAP

Duration – 4 months

Rate- Negotiable 

Duties- 
Managing 6-8 packages for the duration of the contract. 
Monitor project costs and manage budgets throughout construction
Assess and value progress payments and variations
Perform cost analysis and prepare financial reports
Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control procedures
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
