Job Overview

An Architectural Technician Job in Surrey is available with an award-winning architectural practice specialising in high-end residential, heritage and commercial projects across the South East. This role is suited to an experienced Architectural Technician with strong UK project experience and excellent technical ability. You will work on bespoke new build houses, refurbishments and listed building restorations, contributing across RIBA Stages 1–5. The position is office-based within a collaborative studio environment and offers involvement from planning through to construction, supporting the delivery of technically robust, detail-focused architecture in line with UK Building Regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 1–5

*

Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and specifications

*

Assist with planning applications and documentation

*

Coordinate consultants and contractors throughout projects

*

Undertake site visits and support contract administration

Skills & Experience Required

*

Architectural Technician with UK project experience

*

Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit

*

Experience in high-end residential or heritage sectors

*

Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

*

Excellent detailing and technical coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

£40,000 – £45,000 dependent on experience

*

37.5 hours per week
