BIM Coordinator – Milan (On-Site)
€80,000 – €90,000 Basic + Accommodation + 10/4 Rotation + Travel + €1000 net Living Allowance

A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its growing team on a major project in Milan. The business delivers large-scale turnkey data centre projects across Europe and is recognised as a market leader within the mission-critical sector.

This is a fully site-based role offering long-term project exposure and strong career progression.

The Role

• Manage and resolve BIM clashes across multiple disciplines
• Deliver 2D & 3D coordination milestones in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Produce drawings, schedules and technical documentation
• Coordinate complex MEP installations with site and package managers
• Support junior BIM team members
• Ensure BIM standards and project procedures are maintained

Requirements

• Strong Revit experience (MEP bias essential)
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Navisworks experience advantageous
• 4+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects
• Engineering degree or similar technical qualification
• Strong coordination and communication skills
