Senior Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy in Central Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial developments. This Senior Project Manager role is suited to an experienced construction project manager with a proven track record delivering office and mixed-use schemes. The Senior Project Manager will act as lead construction project manager across projects up to £40m in value.

The Senior Project Manager will manage schemes from inception through to completion, overseeing procurement strategies, contract administration and programme management while mentoring junior staff.

Lead full project lifecycle delivery

Manage NEC and JCT contracts

Chair client and contractor meetings

Oversee programme, cost and risk management

Mentor junior team members

You must have prior construction consultancxy epeience to be considered for this role.

The 'Senior Project Manager'

Degree qualified

MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred

Significant consultancy experience delivering commercial projects

Strong leadership and client-facing skills

Excellent contract knowledge
