Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor

A well-established Main Contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
The company currently turns over £50m and has built a strong reputation delivering cladding remediation and façade replacement projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of secured work and increasing demand in the remediation sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with real long-term prospects.
You will be joining a small, close-knit commercial team, giving you genuine exposure to the full commercial lifecycle of projects and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
The Role

Assisting with the commercial management of cladding and remediation projects
*
Procurement of subcontract packages
*
Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
*
Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting
*
Supporting the commercial lead with project financial performance
*
Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
*
Experience working as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor
*
Experience on refurbishment, façade, or remedial works projects is beneficial but not essential
*
Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
*
Ability to work within a small team environment
*
Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification preferred
