Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
Produce design solutions and construction packages
Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:

ARB registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Experience working on high-risk buildings would be desirable
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
