Commercial Manager – Data Centre – Vienna

Falcon Green have partnered with an international tier 1 contractor that specialises in the delivery of modern-day mission critical and data centre infrastructure across Europe, in their search for a Commercial Lead for a brand new data centre project in Vienna. Due to a large increase in project pipeline and recent company growth in the area, they are now expanding their commercial team and require someone confident in leading a €200m+ scheme.

In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, commercial awareness and people management ability is key.

You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises. With the order book full for several years in Central Europe, there is excellent scope for a credible Commercial Lead to step into a Business Unit Lead role after successfully delivering this project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Point of contact for any commercial issue

* Management of procurement

* Oversee all subcontract accounts

* Foresight on any potential issues or risks

* Turnover and cash flow forecasting

* Ensure project is delivered commercially in line with group policies

* Chair meetings with client and senior management

Requirements:

* Relevant 3rd level commercial qualifications

* 5+ years in a Senior or lead role

* Data centre contractor or main contractor experience desirable

* EU Right to Work status
