Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors
Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages
Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements
Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team
Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerationsIdeal Candidate
Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience
Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors
Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages
Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
