BANKSMAN REQUIRED – COMMERCIAL SITE – COVENTRY

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Start Date: Immediately 

Duration: September 2026

Project Type: Commercial Fit Out Construction Site

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Banksman/Gateman to join our team on a busy commercial project in Coventry.

Duties Will Include:

Acting as Banksman – safely guiding vehicles and plant on site

Gateman Duties – controlling site access and deliveries

Assisting with general site clearing and labouring tasks when required

Maintaining general cleaning standards in Communal areas

Maintaining site safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshall ticket

Previous experience with compliance handling

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience on commercial construction sites

Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

Reliable and punctual
