Senior Electrical Project / Contracts Manager
Electrical Project / Contract Manager – Data Centre
Harlow, Essex | Permanent | Site-based
£80,000 – £90,000 + package
If you are tired of “managing” projects where the decisions are made somewhere else, this is a role where the electrical package is genuinely yours to deliver.
You understand that data centres are not ordinary projects. Programme discipline, technical standards and coordination across multiple trades all matter, and the electrical lead sits at the centre of that delivery. You want responsibility, clear scope and a project where performance is measured by what actually gets built, tested and handed over.
James Lewis are supporting a leading multi-disciplinary Principal Contractor in the appointment of an Electrical Project Manager for a major data centre campus in Harlow, Essex. With a strong secured pipeline and repeat campus work already confirmed, this is a long-term role on a programme running through to summer 2027 with further phases expected beyond that.
You will take ownership of the electrical package across the live scheme.
The project forms part of an expanding data centre campus, with the current phase delivering a new hall within an established programme. Works are moving through early construction stages, with the electrical scope developing rapidly as the build progresses.
You will be central to that delivery.
