A well-established and growing contractor based in Luton is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background working for a groundworks or demolition subcontractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering groundwork and demolition packages across commercial, residential, and industrial schemes throughout the local area.

The Role:

Managing groundworks and demolition packages from pre-start to completion

*

Coordinating labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors on site

*

Liaising with main contractors and client representatives

*

Managing programme, budgets, variations, and reporting

*

Ensuring full compliance with H&S and quality standards

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager working for a groundworks or demolition subcontractor

*

Strong technical understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, foundations, and demolition sequencing

*

Ability to manage multiple packages and tight programmes

*

Excellent communication and commercial awareness

*

Must be based locally to Luton
