A reputable contractor operating across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background working for a main contractor, overseeing groundworks and demolition elements of construction projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the coordination of full-site operations but has strong technical knowledge of groundworks and demolition.

The Role:

Overseeing groundworks and demolition phases as part of wider construction schemes

Managing site teams and specialist subcontractors

*

Programme management and coordination with internal departments

*

Commercial oversight including budgets, valuations, and cost control

*

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor

Strong exposure to groundworks and demolition packages

*

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

*

Must be based locally to Luton
