A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major hyperscale project in Helsinki.

This is a senior site-based role responsible for delivering a large electrical package from design coordination through to commissioning on one of Europe’s most advanced data centre builds.

You will take full ownership of the electrical package, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical package from design through to commissioning
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and client teams
• Drive programme milestones and manage delivery deadlines
• Oversee cost control including labour, materials, plant, variations & valuations
• Supervise subcontractor performance and manpower levels
• Promote strong QHSE standards across site
• Manage snagging, reporting, and close-out procedures
• Issue weekly progress and cost reports
• Attend coordination, planning, and engineering meetings
• Track material deliveries in line with programme
• Support final handover and project completion

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong experience managing large-scale electrical packages
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial project background preferred
• Experience in design & build environments
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors
• Strong reporting and communication skills
