Job Title: Health & Safety Manager – Timber Frame

Locations: Dewsbury & Gamlingay (8:00-16:00 Mon-Thurs) (15:00 finish on a Friday)

Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus

Benefits: Company pension, 4 x deaths in service, 24 days annual leave

The role of the Health & Safety Manager – Timber Frame will involve:

* Health & Safety Manager position overseeing all health & safety aspects of the business

* Provide health & safety leadership and point of contact

* Travel to each manufacturing site at least once per month

* Will be expect to travel to other local construction sites (2 per month on average)

* Factory inspection and site audits

* Complete & review risk assessments (COSHH, DSEAR, fire, noise)

* Work closely with the site and ops teams to strengthen RAM’s

* Co-ordinate emergency safety drills

The ideal applicant will be Health & Safety Manager – Timber Frame with:

* Must have health and safety management experience within a manufacturing environment such as; construction, MMC, industrial, automotive

* Must have experience in risk assessment and compliance

* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation

* Ideally have a NEBOSH Diploma
