A financially robust principal contractor are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Kent and Surrey. If you’re someone who enjoys running projects properly (rather than constantly putting out fires), this could be worth a look.

You’ll be responsible for managing several sites at once, supporting site teams, keeping programmes on track, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
 
The role:

Overseeing multiple construction projects across Kent & Surrey
Managing Site Managers and project teams
Monitoring programme, quality, and commercial performance
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
Ensuring health & safety standards are met across all sites 
What they’re looking for?

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a tier 2 principal contractor
Degree qualified in construction and / or MCIOB
Able to demonstrate a wide variety of project experience from £2m – £20m
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of programme management and delivery
