Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dusseldorf
We are working with a recognised leader within the European Data Centre & Technology construction sector. This Main Contractor has secured a fast-track Mission Critical scheme in Düsseldorf, continuing their strategic growth across Germany.
Due to increased workload, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on site. This is an opportunity to step into a high-profile technical build, working within a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Director, taking ownership of key work packages across CSA and MEP elements. This is a fast-paced programme requiring strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with the supply chain.
Your Role:
* Commercial management of designated subcontract packages
• Procurement, negotiation and appointment of subcontractors
• Managing variations, change control and contractual correspondence
• Weekly and monthly cost reporting & forecasting
• Supporting cash flow management and margin protection
• Assisting in final account agreement
• Working closely with site teams to drive commercial performance
Experience Needed:
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Main Contractor experience
• Previous exposure to Data Centre or Mission Critical projects preferred
• Experience on projects €50m +
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms
• Ability to operate in a fast-track construction environment
• Based in the EU or UK due to visa mobility
